Chocolate Milk Change to Fat Free

We have been informed by our food distributor( FSA) that their  milk supplier  has discontinued making 1% chocolate milk.  This was due to the USDA’s  “proposed’ policy change to require chocolate to be fat free. This proposed policy change is part of the Child Nutrition Reauthorization Act 2011.

We  were told  by the WDE that this was just a proposed change and that 1% chocolate milk was the standard for this year.

We have received the fat free Chocolate Milk in recent orders, and will begin offering it as soon as we are out of our inventory  of 1% Chocolate milk.

If you have any questions , please contact Monty Gilbreath.
